The platform

Your whole presence.
In good hands.

Seven connected parts. One considered experience. Built around your practice, from the first search to the next visit.

01 / Visibility Scorecard

See your practice from the other side of the search.

An evidence-led picture of your Google profile, reputation, map visibility and website. Know where you stand before deciding what comes next.

Explore visibility

Looking up your own clinic once cannot tell you how it appears across the neighbourhood. A complete profile may still lead to a difficult website. A strong review count may sit alongside missing practice information. The scorecard brings those separate signals into one understandable report.

  • Profile completenessCheck whether the public listing gives patients the essential practice information they need, with individual findings tied to the available evidence.
  • Reputation in contextUnderstand aggregate review signals alongside nearby comparable clinics. The report summarises patterns without publishing reviewer identities.
  • A neighbourhood viewMeasure map positions from multiple points around the clinic. Visibility can differ by search location, so the report looks beyond one result.

02 / Google Business Presence

Your front door on Google. Properly looked after.

Make the practical details of your clinic easier to find and understand, from the services you offer to the hours your doors are open.

Explore google presence

A holiday schedule on one page, old hours on another. A phone number that no longer reaches reception. The details are easy to overlook during a busy week, but they are often the very things someone needs before contacting your clinic.

  • A reliable practice profileBring the clinic’s name, location and contact information into a confirmed reference, so updates start from facts your team recognises.
  • Services, clearly describedOrganise the services and practice details that are genuinely relevant. Use descriptions a patient can understand, without unsupported clinical claims.
  • Hours that reflect real lifeBuild planned opening hours and exceptions into the review process. Your clinic confirms changes before they are used.

03 / Clinic Website

A digital home that feels like your practice.

Thoughtful design, useful information and a clear next step. A website made around your clinic, without asking you to become a website manager.

Explore website

Patients may reach your site from a map listing, a recommendation or a question. Whichever path they take, they should be able to understand the practice, find practical information and get in touch without working through a maze of pages.

  • Your identity, carried throughUse confirmed practice information, real clinic imagery and an appropriate visual direction. The website should represent the actual practice, not a generic template business.
  • Clear service informationGive each relevant service a useful explanation, with readable structure and clinic review of clinical language.
  • Comfortable on a phoneResponsive layouts, legible type, usable controls and considered loading behaviour make the everyday mobile experience part of the design.

04 / Appointment Booking

Make the next step feel like the easy one.

A clear route from finding your practice to arranging a visit, designed around how your clinic actually handles appointments.

Explore booking

A visitor may be ready to contact the clinic but unsure whether a button confirms an appointment, sends a request or starts a conversation. A clear booking experience sets the right expectation at each step and gives reception a workable handoff.

  • A visible appointment pathPlace the next step where patients can find it, with language that explains whether they are requesting or confirming a visit.
  • The right informationKeep initial information focused on what is needed to arrange the appointment. Avoid turning a simple request into a long clinical questionnaire.
  • Practice-led availabilityDesign the booking approach around the clinic’s operating arrangements. Scheduling rules and integration details are confirmed before launch.

05 / Patient Communication

A little more clarity between every visit.

Thoughtful confirmations, reminders and practical updates, designed to help your team keep the conversation connected.

Explore communication

People still need to know whether a request was received, what time to arrive and how to change a plan. When those answers are inconsistent, the work returns to reception. A considered communication flow makes the next step easier to understand.

  • Clear confirmationsUse the correct appointment status and confirmed details. A message should tell the recipient exactly what has been arranged.
  • Useful remindersPrepare practical reminders around the agreed clinic workflow, with timing and channels reviewed before activation.
  • Changes handled thoughtfullyMake rescheduling and cancellation instructions understandable. Keep a route to a human when a patient needs help.

06 / Helpful Content

Be useful before the first conversation.

Clear answers to real patient questions, grounded in your practice and reviewed before they become part of your website.

Explore content

A busy clinic does not need a publishing treadmill. It needs useful information that reflects the services it actually provides. Content should help a person understand their next step, while leaving clinical judgment where it belongs: with the clinician.

  • Questions worth answeringPlan topics around practice services and the practical questions people ask, rather than writing for an arbitrary word count.
  • A recognisable practice voiceWrite in clear language, using confirmed information about your clinic. Avoid generic superlatives and interchangeable descriptions.
  • Review built into the processBring clinical language and practice facts to the appropriate reviewer before publication. Automation supports preparation, not clinical authority.

Be discoverable. Wherever the question begins.

A considered search presence across traditional results, local discovery and AI-assisted answers, built on useful content and sound technical foundations.

Explore seo & ai search

A patient might start with a search, open a map result or explore an AI-generated answer. Your practice needs understandable, consistent information across those paths. The foundation remains the same: useful pages, accurate facts and a website that can be accessed and understood.

  • SEO: search foundationsReview crawlability, page structure, descriptive titles, internal links and the website experience. Help people and search engines understand what each page is for.
  • AEO: clear answersOrganise useful responses to real questions with descriptive headings and direct, contextual explanations. Write for the person who needs an answer.
  • GEO: AI-search readinessMake practice information clear, consistent and supported. Treat inclusion in generative answers as an uncertain search outcome, not an entitlement or guaranteed placement.

  • Look after the agreed ongoing updates.

A considered start.
Room to grow.

The scorecard and website foundations are built. The wider connected service is being prepared for early access. We’ll agree what is available, what your clinic needs and what is included before work begins.

A little more clarity.

Everything else can start
with a conversation.

Can I begin with one part of the platform?

The scorecard provides a useful starting point. During early-access onboarding, we’ll agree a scope around the clinic’s priorities and the capabilities available then, rather than assuming every practice needs the same work.

Are all seven products live?

No. The visibility scorecard and website foundations exist. Booking, connected messaging and the ongoing managed services are being prepared. Joining the waitlist expresses interest; it does not activate a product.

How do the products share information?

The service is designed around a confirmed practice profile. Your clinic’s facts should stay consistent across the website, listing and communication, with important changes reviewed by you.

Is pricing available?

Scope, pricing and availability will be shared before you choose to begin. There is no payment or commitment required to join the waitlist.
